1. Taraflar ve Kabul
Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Meet Sanat Ltd. Şti. ("inndance", "biz") ile inndance mobil uygulamasını, inndance.com ve registration.inndance.com web sitelerini ve bunlara bağlı hizmetleri (birlikte "Hizmet") kullanan sizin ("Kullanıcı") aranızdaki sözleşmedir. Hesap oluşturarak, Google veya Apple ile giriş yaparak ya da Hizmet'i kullanarak bu Şartlar'ı ve Gizlilik Politikamızı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız Hizmet'i kullanmayın.
2. Kimler Kullanabilir
- Hizmet'i kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmanız gerekir.
- Kişi başına tek hesap açılabilir. Daha önce web sitemiz üzerinden yaptığınız etkinlik kayıtları, doğrulanmış e-postanız eşleştiğinde hesabınıza otomatik bağlanır; farklı bir e-posta kullandıysanız Ayarlar › Hesap › Eski hesabımı bağla adımıyla e-posta doğrulaması yaparak bağlayabilirsiniz. Başkasına ait bir kaydı hesabınıza bağlamaya çalışmak yasaktır.
- Daha önce Şartlar'ı ihlal ettiğiniz için hesabı kapatılan kişiler yeni hesap açamaz.
3. Hesabınız
- Verdiğiniz bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olmasından, hesabınızın ve giriş yönteminizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemler sizin tarafınızdan yapılmış sayılır.
- Hesabınızın izinsiz kullanıldığını fark ederseniz derhâl info@inndance.com adresine bildirin.
- Profil fotoğrafınız kendinize ait ve sizi gösteren bir fotoğraf olmalıdır. Bazı festival ve yarışma kayıtlarında fotoğraf zorunlu tutulabilir.
4. Hizmet'in Kapsamı
inndance, dans etkinlikleri ve dans yarışmaları için genel bir platformdur. Sunduklarımız: bağımsız organizatörler ("Organizatör") veya bizim tarafımızdan düzenlenen festival, maraton, yarışma, gösteri ve ders duyuruları; bu etkinliklere kayıt ve biletleme takibi; yarışma sonuçları ve sertifikalar; dans topluluğu için sosyal akış, hikâyeler, topluluklar ve birebir mesajlaşma; Dance Partner Search (dans partneri arama). inndance etkinliklerde aracıdır: kayıt ve bilet takibini sağlar, etkinliğin kendisini düzenlemez (kendi düzenlediğimiz etkinlikler hariç). Özellikleri zaman zaman değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir veya kaldırabiliriz; önemli değişikliklerde sizi bilgilendiririz.
5. Dance Partner Search
- Dans profilinizde verdiğiniz bilgiler (rol, deneyim, seviye, boy, stiller, şehir, diller, video) aktif bir partner talebiniz olduğu sürece uyumlu kullanıcılara gösterilir. Bu bilgilerin doğru olması sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır; yanıltıcı seviye veya kimlik beyanı (ör. eğitmen olmadığı hâlde eğitmen seçmek) hesabın kapatılmasına yol açabilir.
- Uyum puanı, iki tarafın girdiği bilgilere dayanan otomatik bir sıralamadır; bir tavsiye veya garanti değildir. Eşleşme bulunacağını ya da eşleşen kişinin uygun bir partner olacağını taahhüt etmeyiz.
- Kullanıcıların kimliklerini, deneyimlerini veya geçmişlerini doğrulamayız. Bir kullanıcıyla yüz yüze görüşmeye karar verirseniz makul güvenlik önlemlerini almanız (herkese açık bir yerde, örneğin bir dans stüdyosunda veya milongada buluşmak; bir tanıdığınıza haber vermek) sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için günlük "Interested" sayısına sınır uygulanır; partner talepleri 60 gün sonra otomatik pasife düşer.
- İlgi gösteren kişinin kimliği, karşılıklı ilgi olmadan açıklanmaz. Karşılıklı eşleşme sonrası açılan mesajlaşmada bu Şartlar'ın 7. ve 8. maddeleri geçerlidir.
6. İçeriğiniz
- Paylaştığınız gönderiler, fotoğraflar, videolar, yorumlar, mesajlar ve profil bilgileri ("İçerik") size aittir. Bize, İçerik'i Hizmet'i işletmek, görüntülemek, çoğaltmak, uyarlamak (ör. boyutlandırma) ve dağıtmak için dünya çapında, bedelsiz, alt lisans verilebilir ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans verirsiniz. Bu lisans, İçerik'i silmenizle sona erer; ancak başkalarının paylaştığı veya sistem yedeklerinde kalan kopyalar makul bir süre daha bulunabilir.
- İçerik'in size ait olduğunu veya paylaşmak için gerekli izinlere sahip olduğunuzu (fotoğraf ve videolarda görünen kişilerin rızası dâhil) beyan edersiniz.
- İçeriğinizi Hizmet dışında reklam amacıyla kullanmak istersek ayrıca izninizi alırız.
7. Yasak Davranışlar
Aşağıdakileri yapamazsınız:
- Başkasının kimliğine bürünmek, sahte profil oluşturmak veya birden fazla hesap açmak.
- Taciz, tehdit, hakaret, nefret söylemi; cinsiyet, cinsel yönelim, köken, din, engellilik veya yaşa dayalı ayrımcılık.
- İstenmeyen cinsel içerik veya teklif; çıplaklık; şiddet içeren veya yasa dışı içerik.
- Spam, zincir mesaj, izinsiz reklam; partner arama özelliğini ticari müşteri toplamak için kullanmak.
- Başka kullanıcıların kişisel verilerini izinsiz toplamak, kaydetmek veya paylaşmak; ekran görüntülerini rızasız yaymak.
- Hizmet'i tersine mühendislik, otomatik veri çekme (scraping), güvenlik önlemlerini aşma veya zararlı yazılım yayma amacıyla kullanmak.
- Etkinlik kayıt veya ödeme sistemini manipüle etmek; başkasının kaydını veya sertifikasını kendine ait gibi göstermek.
8. Şikâyet, Engelleme ve Denetim
- Her profil, gönderi ve sohbette Şikâyet Et ve Engelle seçenekleri bulunur. Engellediğiniz kullanıcı sizi partner aramada göremez ve size mesaj gönderemez.
- Şikâyetleri inceleriz; gerektiğinde içeriği kaldırır, uyarı verir veya hesabı askıya alır ya da kapatırız. Mesajları rutin olarak izlemeyiz; yalnızca şikâyet, güvenlik veya yasal zorunluluk hâlinde inceleriz.
- Kaldırma veya kapatma kararlarına info@inndance.com adresinden itiraz edebilirsiniz.
9. Etkinlik Kayıtları ve Ödemeler
- Platformdaki etkinlikler Organizatör tarafından düzenlenir. Bir etkinliğe kayıt olduğunuzda sözleşme sizinle Organizatör arasında kurulur; inndance yalnızca kayıt, bilet ve katılım takibi hizmeti veren aracıdır ve satışın tarafı değildir.
- Ödemeler inndance üzerinden alınmaz. Etkinlik ücretini doğrudan Organizatör'e, Organizatör'ün belirlediği yöntemle (banka transferi, Organizatör'ün ödeme sayfası, kapıda ödeme vb.) ödersiniz. inndance kart bilgisi işlemez; uygulamada gördüğünüz "ödendi / bekliyor" durumu Organizatör'ün bildirdiği bilgidir.
- Fiyat, program, mekân, katılım koşulları, iptal ve iade politikası Organizatör tarafından belirlenir ve etkinlik sayfasında gösterilir. İade ve iptal talepleriniz için muhatabınız Organizatör'dür. Etkinliğin iptali, ertelenmesi, içeriği veya güvenliğinden inndance sorumlu değildir.
- Bizim düzenlediğimiz etkinliklerde (ör. İstanbulTango, TangoToIstanbul, TangoToWorldCup) Organizatör biziz; o etkinliklerin sayfasında belirtilen koşullar geçerlidir.
- Yarışma sonuçları ve sıralamalar ilgili yarışmanın kurallarına göre belirlenir; sertifikalar QR kodla doğrulanabilir.
- Tüketici olarak 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'dan doğan haklarınız saklıdır; belirli bir tarihte yapılacak etkinlik hizmetlerinde cayma hakkının kapsamı mevzuatta düzenlenmiştir.
10. Fikri Mülkiyet
inndance adı, logosu, uygulama tasarımı, yazılımı ve bizim ürettiğimiz tüm içerik bize veya lisans verenlerimize aittir. Size, Hizmet'i kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanmak için sınırlı, geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Etkinlik afişleri, fotoğraf ve videoları izinsiz ticari amaçla kullanamazsınız.
11. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Google veya Apple ile giriş, bildirimler ve uygulama mağazaları ilgili şirketlerin kendi şartlarına tabidir. Hizmet içinde bağlantı verilen dış sitelerin (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube vb.) içeriğinden sorumlu değiliz.
12. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
- Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını, belirli bir sonuca (partner bulma dâhil) ulaşılacağını garanti etmeyiz.
- Kullanıcılar arasındaki iletişim, buluşma, dans ortaklığı ve bunlardan doğan anlaşmazlıklar tarafların kendi sorumluluğundadır; inndance bu ilişkilerin tarafı değildir. Aynı şekilde, Organizatörler ile katılımcılar arasındaki kayıt, ödeme, iade ve etkinlik uyuşmazlıklarında inndance taraf değildir.
- Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz ve toplam sorumluluğumuz, talebe konu olaydan önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Bu sınırlama, kasıt veya ağır ihmalimiz ile tüketici mevzuatından doğan vazgeçilemez haklarınız için geçerli değildir.
13. Askıya Alma ve Fesih
- Şartlar'ı ihlal etmeniz, başkalarının güvenliğini tehlikeye atmanız veya yasal bir zorunluluk hâlinde hesabınızı bildirimli ya da acil durumlarda bildirimsiz askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
- Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman Ayarlar › Hesap › Hesabımı Sil adımıyla kapatabilirsiniz. Verilerinizin ne olacağı Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. Tamamlanmış etkinlik kayıtlarınız, hesap silinse de ilgili Organizatör'ün koşullarına tabi olarak geçerliliğini korur.
14. Değişiklikler
Şartlar'ı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri yürürlüğe girmeden en az 15 gün önce uygulama içinde veya e-postayla duyururuz. Değişiklik sonrasında Hizmet'i kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni Şartlar'ı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
15. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlıklar
Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul (Merkez) Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir; tüketiciler ayrıca yerleşim yerlerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvurabilir. AB'de ikamet eden tüketicilerin kendi ülkelerinin zorunlu tüketici hukukundan doğan hakları saklıdır.
16. Apple ve Google'a İlişkin Ek Hükümler
Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiyseniz: bu Şartlar sizinle inndance arasındadır, Apple taraf değildir; Apple'ın Hizmet'e ilişkin bakım veya destek yükümlülüğü yoktur; Hizmet'e ilişkin garanti, ürün sorumluluğu veya fikri mülkiyet taleplerinden Apple değil inndance sorumludur; Apple ve iştirakleri bu Şartlar'ın üçüncü kişi lehtarıdır ve Şartlar'ı size karşı ileri sürebilir. Google Play üzerinden indirmelerde Google Play Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir.

1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between Meet Sanat Ltd. Şti. ("inndance", "we") and you ("User") regarding your use of the inndance mobile app, the websites inndance.com and registration.inndance.com, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in with Google or Apple, or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One account per person. Event registrations you made earlier through our website are linked to your account automatically when your verified email matches; if you used a different email, you can link it via Settings › Account › Link my previous account after email verification. Attempting to link someone else's record to your account is prohibited.
- If your account was previously closed for violating these Terms, you may not create a new one.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account and sign-in method. Actions taken through your account are deemed to be yours.
- If you notice unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at info@inndance.com.
- Your profile photo must be a photo of you. Some festival and competition registrations may require a photo.
4. Scope of the Service
inndance is a general platform for dance events and competitions. We provide: listings of festivals, marathons, competitions, shows and classes run by independent organisers ("Organisers") or by us; registration and ticketing tracking for those events; competition results and certificates; a social feed, stories, communities and direct messaging for the dance community; and Dance Partner Search. For events, inndance is an intermediary: it provides registration and ticket tracking and does not itself run the event (except events we organise ourselves). We may change, add or remove features from time to time and will inform you of material changes.
5. Dance Partner Search
- The information in your dance profile (role, experience, level, height, styles, city, languages, video) is shown to compatible users while you have an active partner request. You are responsible for its accuracy; misleading level or identity claims (e.g. selecting "instructor" without being one) may lead to account closure.
- The compatibility score is an automatic ranking based on the information entered by both parties; it is not a recommendation or a guarantee. We do not promise that a match will be found or that a matched person will be a suitable partner.
- We do not verify users' identities, experience or background. If you decide to meet another user in person, taking reasonable safety precautions (meeting in a public place such as a dance studio or milonga, telling someone you trust) is your responsibility.
- To prevent abuse, the number of daily "Interested" actions is limited; partner requests expire automatically after 60 days.
- The identity of a user who expresses interest is not revealed without mutual interest. Sections 7 and 8 apply to messaging that opens after a mutual match.
6. Your Content
- Posts, photos, videos, comments, messages and profile information you share ("Content") remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt (e.g. resize) and distribute Content for the purpose of operating the Service. This licence ends when you delete the Content, although copies shared by others or held in system backups may persist for a reasonable period.
- You represent that you own the Content or have the necessary permissions to share it, including the consent of people appearing in photos and videos.
- If we wish to use your Content for advertising outside the Service, we will ask for your separate permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Impersonate others, create fake profiles or hold multiple accounts.
- Harass, threaten, insult or use hate speech; discriminate on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, origin, religion, disability or age.
- Send unsolicited sexual content or proposals; post nudity, violent or illegal content.
- Send spam, chain messages or unauthorised advertising; use partner search to solicit commercial clients.
- Collect, record or share other users' personal data without permission, or distribute screenshots without consent.
- Reverse engineer the Service, scrape data, bypass security measures or distribute malware.
- Manipulate the event registration or payment system, or present another person's registration or certificate as your own.
8. Reporting, Blocking and Moderation
- Report and Block options are available on every profile, post and conversation. A blocked user cannot see you in partner search or message you.
- We review reports and may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or close accounts. We do not routinely monitor messages; we review them only following a report, for safety reasons or when legally required.
- You may appeal removal or closure decisions at info@inndance.com.
9. Event Registrations and Payments
- Events on the platform are run by Organisers. When you register for an event, the contract is formed between you and the Organiser; inndance is only an intermediary providing registration, ticket and attendance tracking and is not a party to the sale.
- Payments are not collected through inndance. You pay the event fee directly to the Organiser using the method the Organiser specifies (bank transfer, the Organiser's own payment page, payment at the door, etc.). inndance does not process card data; the "paid / pending" status shown in the app is information reported by the Organiser.
- Price, programme, venue, participation conditions and the cancellation and refund policy are set by the Organiser and shown on the event page. For refund and cancellation requests, your counterpart is the Organiser. inndance is not responsible for the cancellation, postponement, content or safety of an event.
- For events we organise ourselves (e.g. İstanbulTango, TangoToIstanbul, TangoToWorldCup) we are the Organiser, and the conditions stated on those event pages apply.
- Competition results and rankings are determined under the rules of the relevant competition; certificates can be verified by QR code.
- Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For event services scheduled for a specific date, the scope of the right of withdrawal is defined by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
The inndance name, logo, app design, software and all content we produce belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Event posters, photos and videos may not be used commercially without permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Sign-in with Google or Apple, notifications and app stores are subject to those companies' own terms. We are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Service (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
12. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular outcome, including finding a partner.
- Communication, meetings, dance partnerships and any disputes between users are the users' own responsibility; inndance is not a party to those relationships. Likewise, inndance is not a party to registration, payment, refund or event disputes between Organisers and participants.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to our intent or gross negligence, or to non-waivable rights under consumer law.
13. Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or close your account, with notice or, in urgent cases, without notice, if you violate these Terms, endanger others' safety, or where legally required.
- You may close your account at any time via Settings › Account › Delete Account. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Completed event registrations remain valid subject to the Organiser's conditions even after account deletion.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Merkez) have jurisdiction; consumers may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at their place of residence. Consumers residing in the EU retain the rights granted by the mandatory consumer law of their country.
16. Additional Terms for Apple and Google
If you downloaded the app from the App Store: these Terms are between you and inndance, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; inndance, not Apple, is responsible for any warranty, product liability or intellectual property claims relating to the Service; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. For downloads from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

- Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For event services scheduled for a specific date, the scope of the right of withdrawal is defined by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
The inndance name, logo, app design, software and all content we produce belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Event posters, photos and videos may not be used commercially without permission.
11. Third-Party Services
Sign-in with Google or Apple, notifications and app stores are subject to those companies' own terms. We are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Service (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
12. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or any particular outcome, including finding a partner.
- Communication, meetings, dance partnerships and any disputes between users are the users' own responsibility; inndance is not a party to those relationships. Likewise, inndance is not a party to registration, payment, refund or event disputes between Organisers and participants.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to our intent or gross negligence, or to non-waivable rights under consumer law.
13. Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or close your account, with notice or, in urgent cases, without notice, if you violate these Terms, endanger others' safety, or where legally required.
- You may close your account at any time via Settings › Account › Delete Account. What happens to your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Completed event registrations remain valid subject to the Organiser's conditions even after account deletion.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Merkez) have jurisdiction; consumers may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at their place of residence. Consumers residing in the EU retain the rights granted by the mandatory consumer law of their country.
16. Additional Terms for Apple and Google
If you downloaded the app from the App Store: these Terms are between you and inndance, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; inndance, not Apple, is responsible for any warranty, product liability or intellectual property claims relating to the Service; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. For downloads from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
